A New Year… More or Less? (1/6/23)
How many articles have you seen since January 1 – newspapers, magazines, the internet, Facebook, Instagram and your phone (to name just a few) – about improving your life in 2023? Diet, exercise, finances, relationships, projects … every “expert” has an opinion. But the only opinion that really matters is YOURS! To take care of YOU in 2023, grab pen and paper and make two columns. In column 1 make a list of what you want MORE of in your life. In column 2 write what you want LESS of in your life.
Now look at what you wrote. What’s really important to you? What positive things can you do? What habits, beliefs and behaviors do you want to change? (That includes letting go of toxic people!) Here’s the easiest way to do it:
- Don’t get overwhelmed.
- Start with ONE Item.
- Write it down.
- Create a plan.
- Start working the plan.
- When that’s done, move on to the next one.
This New Year is only 6 days old. You have plenty of time to create the year YOU want and deserve. Why not start today?
